Standing wall slides are knee rehabilitation exercises to improve flexion and strengthen the quads muscles.

 

How to perform standing wall slides

These are not recommended for the early stages of rehab.

You stand with your back against the wall, feet 5 inches apart, and a few inches from the wall. With hands on hips or against a support, slowly slide your back down the wall and then slowly up again.
