I ruptured my patella tendon back in January, 6 years after I had a patella tendon graft to fix my ACL.
Has anyone else ever had this?
Its been 7 months since surgery and I cant even run yet.
Im slowly gaining strength back on my quad but when doing squats and control exercises I can feel the strain on the tendon and i'm scared to death its going to snap.
Previous injuries - Leg left - LCL rupture, ACL rupture, Patella tendon rupture
Right leg - ACL rupture
Ruptured patella tendon 6 years after graft
Rupture of one of the major tendons attaching to the top or the bottom of the patella.
