Most private hospitals offer payment plans (check the terms vs other types of loan) and London hospitals are typically more than regional ones if he operates out of multiple locations

Read all the diaries and posts on here on meniscus transplant and cartilage repair (AMIC, MACI etc) to at least to get an idea of the recovery, rehab and potential issues.

Try an unloader brace to get an indication of whether an osteotomy would help.
