The cold and unstable knees

Post by Another_angel »

About 3 years ago, I suffered several injuries in my legs, including in my knees.

I managed to recover my injured tendons and ligaments, but unfortunately there isn't any just as effective therapy for cartilage anywhere in the world.

When it's cold (and I'm still), I tend do feel some discomfort in at least of my knees.

It's bearable, and I often ignore it.

But I would like to ask if the cold causes inflammation in unstable knees.

If so, should I try to warm my knees, so that it won't become worse in the future (and by then, no longer berable)?
