Ive developed bilateral pes anersine bursitis after my tto, I believe it is because now my legs are in a different alignment it is putting pressure on the tendons/bursa
Ive had physio for six months and it isn't getting better - its really starting to get me down.
Ive had cortison which helped but its come back -
Anyone deal with this and end up ok?

It is so frustrating when one knee problem morphs into another because of the management! I hope it settles down.

Use warm compresses to relax and soothe muscles around the knee, particularly before engaging in stretching or gentle exercises.

Your doctor may recommend activity and exercise modifications to reduce the load on the inflamed area. If the leg position is incorrect, adjustments may be needed to reduce pressure on the tendons and bursae. Your doctor may recommend using a cushion or balance support to reduce the load on the inflamed area.
