A navigation system is a computer-guided system to help the surgeon to make decisions on where to make bony cuts, for example in knee replacement or osteotomy.

Three-dimensional imaging

Cameras and computers reflect an image on a screen of the bony tissue in three dimensions, guiding the surgeon in decision-making.
