Does BUPA cover MACI/ACI surgery

ACI=The two-stage process, where joint cartilage is taken and cultured in a laboratory, before re-implantation. MACI=similar but grown on a membrane.

Hope you’re able to manage it OK and take it easy in the meantime. I know whatever procedure I go for it’s ultimately just to delay that too. Thanks for the input!

One quick final question though please, how did you find your microfractures? Did they help any symptoms?
