The all-inside technique of meniscus repair uses various manufactured devices to repair a meniscus tear arthroscopically, without the need for fixing sutures on the outside of the joint.
Devices include such things as arrows and suture anchors and are quick and easy to insert. There is always, however, a risk of the device coming loose and interfering with the mechanics of the joint.
